2. Data we collect
Information you send us through the contact form or by email (name, email address, phone number, property details and your message), plus basic technical data needed to deliver the website (IP address, browser type, pages requested).
3. Purpose and legal basis
We use your data to answer enquiries and prepare property analyses (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR — pre-contractual steps), and to keep the website secure and working (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — legitimate interest). Optional cookies are only used with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
4. Cookies
Essential storage remembers your cookie choice. The optional translation feature uses a Google Translate cookie only after you accept optional cookies. You can change your choice at any time using the "Cookie settings" link in the footer.
5. Third parties
Our hosting and content delivery providers process technical data on our behalf. Emails are handled via Google (Gmail). Voice narration is generated by ElevenLabs. Where data leaves the EU, it is protected by Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.
6. Retention
Enquiry data is kept as long as needed to handle your request and for legal record-keeping periods, then deleted.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or port your data, to object to processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection authority, such as the Spanish AEPD (aepd.es).
